Darling Properties is owned by Leigh Peters and Simon Peters who bring together an abundance of business and property experience.

Leigh Peters

Leigh is a graduate of Middlesex University and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has a background in marketing retail, office, industrial and residential property, having previously spent 11 years working as the Marketing Manager of the Structadene Group, which is a substantial property investment company, with property assets under management in the region of £1 billion. He is responsible for the on-going management of Darling Properties' existing property portfolio, new retail lettings, acquisitions and sales activity and also manages a number of properties for private clients.

Simon Peters

Simon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He was formerly with the KPMG Corporate Tax Department and Lombard Bank. Currently he is employed as Finance Director and CEO by a large and long established property investment company, Panther Securities Plc, where he has worked since 2004. He is also currently a non-executive director of Airsprung Group PLC, Anglia Home Furnishings Ltd and was previously a director of Beale Ltd (including when it was fully listed on the LSE), which was one of the UK's largest department store chains. Alongside his role at Panther, Simon is also involved with acquisitions and the general day to day running of Darling Properties and takes responsibility for banking relationships, private funding and financial matters.
